Character Interview #7

Updated: Nov 13

The heroine in An Autumn Hideaway is Autumn Elworthy. Autumn is a London girl with no experience of life in the country. When she decides to make a trip to the Hebrides in a search for her wayward mother, all sorts of unexpected things start to happen!

As part of the writing process, I like to flesh out my characters with quirky details and background to make them feel real. This sometimes includes a character interview. Here’s the seventh interview in the series.

These are the answers I imagined Autumn giving at the start of the novel. Rest assured there are no spoilers!

Autumn was a funny and loveable character to write. She was full of joy even in adversary circumstances and her cheery personality was infectious.
